is every bit as good as it looks......
And for a single person who wants pizza...a much healthier alternative than making a whole pizza. I used FlatOut Bread as crust and added sauce, spices, cheese and veggies. Yum indeed.
FlatOut Bread has 100 calories 2.5 grams of fat and 17 grams of Carbs 8 grams of Fiber...So Net carbs are very low. A great alternative to a regular pizza crust if you are watching your carbs.
