1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Tastefully Simple Simply Salsa Mix
Drain the beans, getting out as much moisture as possible. Mash beans. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into patties (about 4). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. (Can be frozen also) When ready to cook..preheat over to 350. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with non-cook spray and place burgers on foil. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flip and bake for 10-12 minutes more. Serve on buns topped with your choice of hamburger toppings.

I feel very confident that grilling season will not be that big of a challenge now that I have something to fall back on. I also bought a cookbook today.
